Father's Day Grill Out at Kinstone River

Curbside Chili

All are welcome! We will be handing out Hot Wendy’s Chili (which is, delicious, by the way!) right outside the Leasing Office. We will be there from 6-7pm, so arrive early to get it while it’s hot and fresh! It’s a great way to warm up on a cold, January night!

Join us for a fun night of bowling and pizza. We’re covering the food and bowling shoes, and we need you to add the FUN! All ages are welcome. RSVP only. Residents may reserve up to two seats each. Limited spots are available.

Fitness Center and Pool Area

Join our fitness trainer for a weekly Boot Camp class in the Fitness Center and outdoor area around the pool. This is a great motivator if you need that extra push to reach your fitness goals or just want to learn some new ways to stay in shape.

The class is limited in size in order to maintain social distancing. Please RSVP to secure your spot.

For the convenience of our residents, we have our easily accessible portal. Residents are able to pay their rent whenever and wherever. This portal also includes our maintenance request form for any concerns big or small.

Maintenance Requests

The health and safety of our residents and team members is our highest priority. To support all efforts to minimize and slow the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) our teams will currently respond to limited service requests including:

  • Fire
  • Fire sprinkler system leak
  • Smoke alarm malfunctioning or chirping
  • Water leak
  • Sewage backup (includes clogged sink and tub drains)
  • Clogged toilet
  • No hot water
  • Gas leaks
  • No air conditioning
  • No heat
  • No electricity
  • Entry door lock hardware
  • Entry gate broken
  • Refrigerator not working
  • Stove or microwave malfunction
