The Whole Dog Market will generously be providing goody bag giveaways for our dog-lover residents. We encourage you to bring your dogs to the Dog Park (located in between buildings M and L) to meet other pups and get some fun treats! Treats for pups and humans will be provided!

Virtually share a few minutes with your neighbors. Christa will share yogic breathing and guided meditation to help you reset. Join the Kinstone Weekly Meditation every Wednesday from 6:00-6:30pm.

Fitness Center and Pool Area
Join our fitness trainer for a weekly Boot Camp class in the Fitness Center and outdoor area around the pool. This is a great motivator if you need that extra push to reach your fitness goals or just want to learn some new ways to stay in shape.
The class is limited in size in order to maintain social distancing. Please RSVP to secure your spot.

For the convenience of our residents, we have our easily accessible portal. Residents are able to pay their rent whenever and wherever. This portal also includes our maintenance request form for any concerns big or small.
The health and safety of our residents and team members is our highest priority. To support all efforts to minimize and slow the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) our teams will currently respond to limited service requests including:
- Fire sprinkler system leak
- Smoke alarm malfunctioning or chirping
- Water leak
- Sewage backup (includes clogged sink and tub drains)
- Clogged toilet
- No hot water
- Gas leaks
- No air conditioning
- No heat
- No electricity
- Entry door lock hardware
- Entry gate broken
- Refrigerator not working
- Stove or microwave malfunction
